Your administrative tasks are simplified when all of your SBAM-sponsored insurance programs are on one consolidated invoice, and you're able to make addition and deletion changes on one form. We are the only business association that has the ability to put Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network on the same invoice - all for only $7.50 per month.

This fee helps to fund the cost of building and managing the products and services offered, the expertise required to get you the answers you need to both routine and complicated issues, and to help keep your plan compliant with state and federal rules and regulations through free Summary Plan Descriptions and access our HR and Legal partner experts.

As an SBAM member,  you also have access to our exclusive customer service teams at SBAM and TGG Solutions, in addition to the consolidated invoice and enrollment services that save you time and money. 

Our consolidated invoice includes any and all of the following sponsored programs that your company is enrolled in:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan health, dental & vision premium
  • Blue Care Network health, dental & vision premium
  • Dearborn National life and disability premium
  • COBRA premium and administration fees
  • FSA, HSA and/or HRA administration fees
