COBRA Administration
There are dozens of companies out there offering administration for little to nothing.  But can you trust that your customer will receive the personalized, high quality service that they deserve?  With SBAM COBRA administration, your customer will be designated a specific team member who will serve your customer and their COBRA enrolled beneficiaries. Our COBRA coordinator sends all necessary letters and notifications, provides your customer with a monthly activity report and online access to their account, and collects premium payments from the COBRA-enrolled beneficiaries.  We make it easy for your customer to securely communicate with SBAM when they have a qualifying event, so they're sure to stay compliant without any hassles.

Kushner & Company's Client Services Team is intensively trained to follow the exact provisions set forth by the Internal Revenue Service Code and each client's individual plan document.

Summary Plan Descriptions
SPDs are another requirement that can be a hassle to produce for each of your customers.  They usually have no idea where to find one or what information needs to be included.  All SBAM-sponsored BCBSM and BCN companies receive a free, customized SPD.  Do you have a customer enrolled in a nonBlue plan such as HAP or Priority?  We got you covered.  They can join SBAM and pay a one-time fee for our SPD.

You don't always have all the answers when it comes to HR laws and regulations.  You and your customers need someone they can depend on to give fast reliable answers when it comes to managing employees.  Through the American Society of Employers, your customer can ask an unlimited number of questions and receive trustworthy information about employment law, compliance, and HR policy and practice issues.  Our members also receive discounts on workplace posters, employee handbooks, pre-employment screening and educational opportunities. 

Workers' Compensation
SBAM’s workers’ compensation program is available through Accident Fund Insurance Company. With this group pooling power, your small business customer has access to an upfront discount on premiums and potential dividends that they cannot obtain on their own.
