Direct mail has been around a long time, and has managed to stay relevant even in this age of widespread digital marketing. “I always consider social media to be complementary to what I do,“ says Fant. “Either email campaigns or postal campaigns, you can make them very personalized. With variable printing these days you can put different images on different cards, as an example.”
