I enjoy consulting with school districts to help educators do what they do best. I do this by automating data processes and analyzing data in a way that saves time and money while reducing frustration, errors and boredom. This is achieved by custom code to answer the specific questions and meet the specific needs of a district. This work involves survey analysis, educator evaluation calculations, academic performance reports, emailing NWEA report to parents, program evaluations, financial report, identifying cut scores and meeting reporting (e.g. CRDC) requirements just to name a few examples.
