We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2026, OneAmerica Financial® will be the exclusive provider for your Group Life/AD&D, Voluntary Life/AD&D, Dependent Life, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability programs.
Plan Changes
Some of the plan options you and your employees are currently enrolled in are no longer available through OneAmerica.
Take Action Now
First, if you wish to enroll in the new plans, we will need to activate them with Dearborn Life Insurance Company with a December 1, 2025 effective date to carry it over to OneAmerica Financial in January.
Please complete the Group Enrollment Form and Employee Enrollment Form for Dearborn Life Insurance Group prior to Friday, November 14th and submit to SBAM via email at MemberCare@sbam.org.
