SBAM insured members receive a free Summary Plan Description, affordable COBRA administration and Section 125 Plans, discounts on workers’ compensation coverage and an exclusive pooled employer retirement plan.
SBAM offers personalized service using state-of-the-art iSolved technology. iSolved has the ability to accept direct file feeds from many Benefit Administration systems, including Employee Navigator, EASE, and many others. You receive access to an Employer portal with an extensive list of reports.COBRA eligible employees can COBRA enroll and pay online and COBRA premium reimbursements to member groups will be made via ACH. You do not have to manually enter enrollments/terminations to generate COBRA Notices yourself. We will do that for you!

Simply visit sbamharmony.freshdesk.com and create a login to submit a ticket for any SBAM-related insurance billing and enrollment questions.
Freshdesk provides real-time updates and transparency for tracking where in the process your ticket is with the Harmony team. You can reply to the ticket and receive auto updates from the system letting you know status changes for your request.
