Invoices & Payments

Key Things To Remember

Premiums are paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) with a signed ACH authorization form.
The amount due will be withdrawn directly from a checking or savings account on the 28th of each month.
Premium payments are due at the end of the month for the upcoming month’s coverage.
Invoices will be ready on or around the 10th of each month for viewing.
SBAM will email insurance invoices on the 10th of each month, and the payment is due prior to the 28th of each month.
If opting to pay for membership dues monthly, the amount can be included on the insurance premium invoice Authorization Agreement for Recurring Direct Payment (ACH Debits)
Because the premium payment is processed automatically, there is a risk of having coverage canceled if the amount paid is less than the amount owed on the invoice.
Any applicable back charges or credits will appear on the next month’s invoice.
