SBAM Member Care Team

Your administrative tasks are simplified when all your SBAM-sponsored insurance programs are on one consolidated invoice and you’re able to make additions and deletions on one form. We are the only business association that can put your group health, dental, and vision and group life and disability on one invoice – all for only $7.50 per month.

This fee helps to fund the cost of building and managing the products and services offered, the expertise required to get you the answers you need to both routine and complicated issues, and to help keep your plan compliant with state and federal rules and regulations.  You also have access to our exclusive member service team at SBAM to help with any billing or enrollment questions.

Have a question about your employee benefits through SBAM? The SBAM Member Care Team offers you an online service portal that provides our members and their insurance agents with helpdesk support that includes smart automations to help to get things done faster!

Electronic is faster and more reliable!

Your SBAM-sponsored BCBSM, BCN and Dearborn monthly premium invoices can be delivered to your email.

Additionally, if you choose our automatic clearing house (ACH) payment option, the exact amount due will come out of your bank account on the due date to ensure that your payment is received and posted on time.

This option is becoming increasingly more popular with our members to avoid delays with slow or unreliable USPS mail service.
