This course will be held virtually on August 5, 2025, from 11:00am to 12:00pm. The course minimum is 10 people and limited to 30 people.
Welsh & Associates offers next level talent acquisition courses, geared to those who need to improve their talent acquisition process or need to take a deeper dive into strategies that will help them improve their hiring outcomes.
In this course, participants will learn the basics of setting up an effective interview process, with a focus on helping them make a good hire. The work begins with the first interaction with a candidate, in a phone screen or email, and concludes with the follow up after an offer is extended, including managing through the two weeks prior to their start date. In this course, a significant amount of time will be spent on formulating interview questions that reveal critical information AND keep you within legally permissible boundaries.
This course would be beneficial to business owners or anyone with talent acquisition responsibilities.
