Nominate a business for the 2021 Rick Snyder Spirit of Entrepreneurship Award
September 1, 2021
Does your business have a successful turn around story? Nominations are now open for the 3rd Annual Rick Snyder Spirit of Entrepreneurship Award. This award is named in honor of Governor Rick Snyder and his work reinventing Michigan and creating an environment of success for entrepreneurial small businesses. In 2019, KTM Industries was honored with the inaugural award, and last year we recognized UP Paper LLC.
To be eligible to receive this award, a business must have fewer than 500 employees and be privately held and headquartered in Michigan.
The award-winning small business should have a turn around story that allowed it to achieve growth. This could be the reestablishment of the business or the creation of an entrepreneurial product or service.
The award will be presented during SBAM’s Leadership Council Summit October 13-15, 2021 at Mission Point Resort, Mackinac Island.
Nominations can be submitted by the owner or business representative, or by a third party. Deadline for completed submission is 5:00 p.m., Friday, September 17, 2021. Please call (517) 482-8788 if you have any questions.
