o Identify the benefits of: • Weekly wage loss calculation • Medical • Vocational rehabilitation • Death benefits
o Administer the proper procedures and forms
o Implement alternative dispute resolution, mediation, and arbitration methods
o Explain how to negotiate and settle a workers’ compensation case
o Define a redemption agreement
o Discuss the trials and appeals process
o Assess medical cost containment
