From new business quoting to group maintenance and benefit changes, our team has got you covered. All service requests can be easily submitted through our user-friendly SBAM Service Portal, allowing you to streamline your workflow and provide the best service to your customers.
To Get Started:
- Make sure you have an active account in the SBAM Service Portal.
- Request a copy of the contract agreement between SBAM and your agency to provide the SBAM Member Care team access to your BCBSM/BCN Agency portal.
- Submit a ticket in the SBAM Service Portal and select ‘Agent Service Model’ to upload your signed contract agreement.
- Give SBAM delegated authority within your Blue Cross Agent Portal.
