SBAM’s Energy Advocate

Caile Richards is SBAM’s Energy Advocate, helping Michigan small businesses reduce energy costs, improve efficiency, and identify opportunities for long-term growth. With experience supporting energy efficiency programs for both DTE Energy and Consumers Energy, Caile helps businesses navigate energy-saving opportunities, utility incentives, and operational improvements. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and is passionate about helping small business owners reinvest savings back into their people, growth, and communities.
