Health, Dental & Vision Insurance

Small group coverage for your business.

With SBAM, your company with two or more full-time W-2 employees can enroll in small group health, dental, and vision coverage through Blue Cross® Blue Shield® of Michigan and Blue Care Network and receive support from our Member Care Team.

Work with your current insurance agent for help with quoting and enrollment. If you need an agent, contact us and we’ll connect you with someone who can help. For Sole Proprietors or companies with less than two full-time W-2 employees, we can assist you with finding Blues coverage on the Marketplace at Healthcare.gov.

Please note that the rates available through SBAM are not discounted. The rates and small group plans available are the same as going direct. However, SBAM can save you time and money with consolidated billing, enrollment services, and COBRA administration.

Affordability in Health Care

Affordable health insurance is the key to quality health care access and the personal well-being of our small business members and their employees.

The health care system has competing forces at work. Hospitals. Physicians. Drug companies. Insurance companies. Government programs and regulators. Each plays a different role – but we all serve the same people. And right now, they’re collectively failing to deliver the promise of affordable, accessible care.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan has created an online ‘Affordability Hub’ to begin a public conversation about health care costs and encourage change to improve the system for everyone.
