This course will provide participants with a concise overview and exploration of Microsoft 365 Copilot, an AI-powered assistant that enhances productivity and streamlines operations. It will cover the key features and benefits of Copilot, as well as its value for business and personal productivity.
This course will be held virtually on August 19, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. The course is limited to 12 grant participants.
This course aims to establish a clear understanding of generative AI and how it can be leveraged to address challenges commonly faced by small to medium-sized businesses. Participants will explore the real-world impact Microsoft 365 Copilot is already having in this space and examine its practical applications through targeted demos that highlight its business capabilities. The course also provides an overview of Microsoft Copilot Chat, showcasing its features and how it can help organizations securely and efficiently scale their AI adoption. Finally, attendees will gain insight into the key steps needed to prepare their businesses to become Copilot-ready.
Upon completion of this course, the learner will be able to:
