Adaptation Lab Insights

One of the most impactful parts of this year’s Annual Meeting was the Adaptation Lab – interactive sessions where small business owners shared challenges, exchanged ideas, and learned from one another in real time.

These candid conversations highlighted what businesses across Michigan are navigating today – from workforce dynamics to cash flow pressures and growth strategies – and reinforced the power of peer-to-peer learning.

We’ve compiled key insights so you can explore the ideas and solutions shared by fellow business owners.
