Central Kitchen + Bar opened on August 10, 2015, and since then our incredible team continues to welcome a diverse clientele to experience an amazing, approachable menu, created by our classically-French trained executive chef, Christina Stanco. Chef puts her spin on recognizable bar food and works with her “back of the house” team to create new approaches to the classics, upgrading them with inventive taste combinations, using local and seasonal ingredients. Our beverage program features recognizable classic and house original cocktails and a very smart, spirit, wine and beer list. Our decor draws inspiration from Detroit’s early 1900’s architecture while infusing contemporary elements to provide an aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and functional space.
