Our consolidated billing and enrollment service brings you exclusive access to our responsive customer service team. Our team is just an email or phone call away to assist with Blues and Dearborn claims and billing, enrollment and terminations, ordering new ID cards and much more.
Additionally, premium payments for Blues health, dental and vision, Dearborn life and disability, administration fees for COBRA and Section 125, FSA, HSA and HRA services will come on a single consolidated invoice from SBAM once per month.
This consolidated billing service allows you to make payment for SBAM services jointly (one check) and just as important, when you add or terminate an employee, you only need to communicate that once through our HIPAA secure Zix email or fax line. Not only can we guarantee a simple consolidated invoice, we’re the only organization that has the capability to put BCBSM and BCN premiums on the same invoice.
