Michael Rogers, vice president communications for the Small Business Association of Michigan (SBAM), interviews David Castlegrant, owner of David Castlegrant and Associates. It’s a business services company that provides management consultation, marketing, web and graphic design services to manufacturers, professional services companies, retailers, wholesalers, educational institutions and non-profit organizations.
David has acted as a consultant to over 80 profit and non-profit organizations in the US, Canada, Great Britain and Russia, on such issues as ISO9000:2000 implementation, market research, job description design, policy deployment, employee training and development, recruitment and placement, organization development and facilitation of focus groups, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, marketing plans, and new business start-up. In 1991, David was appointed to the faculty of Cleary University in Howell and Ann Arbor, MI. He is currently Chair of the Marketing and Management Division. He has taught classes in Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, International Business, Marketing, and Quality Management. David is a Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Auditor, and a Certified Professional Marketer.
