Mary is a graduate of Calvin College, with a BA in Physical Education and Recreation, and has a Master of Public Administration, from Grand Valley State University. Mary is also a certified Worksite Wellness Program Consultant. Amy graduated from Hope College, with a degree in Exercise Science, and has been working in Corporate Wellness for over 20 years. As a Certified Worksite Wellness Program Consultant, she spends most of her work days designing, developing and implementing wellness programs that fit the needs of each individual organization.
