The Small Business Association of Michigan (SBAM) is exploring options for a payment acceptance solutions company that will provide our members with the best combination of product, price and customer service.
The first step in this process is to identify interested parties; we are doing that through a Request for Information. If you are interested in this effort, please complete the RFI by clicking through below and return it to us no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 13th.
We have in place a task force of volunteers and staff who will guide the selection process through the coming months. Our desire is to have selected a vendor and outlined the scope of work involved in the Fall of 2021 and will plan to launch soon thereafter.
